Steer Davies Gleave is one of the Top 10 ‘Best Companies to Work for in BC’

Steer Davies Gleave is pleased to announce that it is one of the 2012 Top 10 Best Companies to Work for in B.C. (Fewer Than 100 Employees category).

The award is now in its 11th year and provide an extensive snapshot of best practices among employers in British Colombia. Data is analysed from thousands of employee surveys and executive questionnaires to determine this year’s winners.

Ian Druce, Steer Davies Gleave’s Head of Canadian Business, said in an interview with BCBusiness that he believes keeping staff informed and engaged results in a company culture where everyone feels they have a role to play in the company’s success. He says, “When you are a part of a big multidisciplinary team, the more you can kind of expose people to the work you’re doing, it really helps breed that culture and understanding of why we do the work we do.”
