Steer Davies Gleave is delighted to welcome Anthony Oyo, a rolling stock engineering specialist, who joins our Advisory Division as an Associate. He brings with him experience in rolling stock maintenance, fleet strategy development and fleet management, having worked extensively on UK Train Operations, Rolling Stock Leasing and Franchise Bid Developments.
Anthony has recently returned to the UK from New Zealand where he acted as Project Director for the £200M new train procurement for Greater Wellington Regional Council. Whilst in New Zealand he also led the Independent Verification and Validation process for the new Auckland Electric Multiple Units and the Rolling Stock Technical Evaluation for the Mauritius Light Rail Transit project.
In addition, he has international experience in Europe, Africa, USA, Australasia and Asia where he has delivered project and change management and technical support to government and multilateral infrastructure investments. Anthony is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Member of the Association of Project Management.
